About Kathy

Kathy Hull, MHA, started her healthcare career as a clinical laboratory scientist in the mid-1980s. In 1999, she became the Laboratory Manager at Illini Community Hospital in Pittsfield, IL. Over the next 22 years, she served in various administrative capacities at Illini, serving as CEO from 2011 to 2022. During her tenure at Illini, Kathy served on numerous ICAHN committees, including serving on the ICAHN board. Kathy retired in December 2022 and joined ICAHN as a Special Projects Consultant in 2023. Her programs include Board Education, Leader Recruitment Services (LRS) and CHNA development.

Kathy has been married to her husband, Jack, for 41 years. They are blessed to live in the same community as their four children and three grandchildren. In her free time, Kathy enjoys reading, camping, and riding her e-bike.
